We launched TES Recruiting Solutions to respond to this common need, honoring our commitment to helping manufacturers create world class organizations.

John has been in Engineering, Technical, and Manufacturing recruiting for 18+ years, partnering with manufacturing and engineering service firms. He started from the ground up, learning recruiting, account management, to eventually leading and developing teams of sales and recruiting professionals.
He strives to be a servant leader, focused on helping his team solve their client’s recruitment challenges with a heavy focus on personal accountability, professional growth, discipline and results.
He and his team are committed to building lasting client relationships and connecting candidates with phenomenal employers, while helping his team do the same.
